Leaving the state for emancipation?

Yea. I plan to basically, make some money this summer, a summer job I plan on applying for will bring me 3k by summers end.

Drive down there, have parents send school forms (NOT unreasonable or bad people, they are just fucked by the super conservative shit storm that is Rural Iowa, mental illness (bigger issue when your state has less than 100 hospital beds for mental issues, when at least 631k have bipolar disorder alone (2% of ~3m)),

Once in school, get a work permit, which they will also likely sign.

Once then, I will work maximum hours I can, legally, I will file for emancipation, provide evidence, hopefully I will be able to avoid a court hearing, because its 30+ extra days.

From there, work for proficiency certificate, go maximum hours, and hopefully be able to go to a small college, and have no connection to parents, since FAFSA and student loans basically treat you as a minor till 26 unless emancipated prior to turning 18.

That's if I attempt it. I'm considering just moving to a nearby city, since this state has pretty relaxed laws otherwise for minors, and just wait out till I'm 18, even tho my teeth are a big concern rn.
