LOL, because I suppose the barrier to entry isn't high enough for a 15-year-old game you can barely find without modding your system. Now, we need new players to start buying expensive arcade fighter controllers to be competitive.

Better than hunting down increasingly rare GC controllers, ones that are free of manufacturing defects cost a lot extra.

I am not for modding GC controllers. I am for removing the advantage given by some "good" controllers over others -- so that players don't have to start hoarding the precious supply of good ones to win.

Do you honestly think there is a fixed supply of custom controllers, and that regardless of demand only a small number would ever be available?

Imagine you're a custom controller manufacturer, you see some rich pro buying all your controllers seemingly to prevent other players from buying them. Why would you stop making controllers if they're selling extremely well?

Even if you stop making them for some reason another manufacturer could come along and make the same type of controller.
