Just don't even respond. We had similar issues with our realtor. Tons of things stolen during escrow, things broken, etc. Our realtor told us on the phone (recorded 1 party consent state) and in emails that these things were being replaced/repaired. Nothing was was repaired or replaced. We are talking things like they stole my downstairs heater that was attached to the drywall (ripped it right out), the roof caving in the first year (we were told it was brand new - hint: inspector was her friend), missing wood stove (it was massive and weighed a lot!), etc.

The neighbors recently bought the other property that the same sellers were selling, used our same realtor. Also had similar issues with her, and with the sellers. Things stolen/broken, etc. They also found a dreadlock in their jetted tub, just like we did (ew). It's creepy how close these properties are in terms of repairs.

When I left my review for her she responded with a "you can't please everyone". Yeah, okay. It's a roll your eyes moment, and hopefully someone else will read it to future avoid them.
