So this community supports shifting housing policy toward making condos and apartments more accessible to home buyers? I’m always confused at the memes you all love to post without explanation. Does this community really support a future where only a few wealthy people own buildings and everyone else rents? I’m not being condescending, I’m really asking? I don’t have a degree in economics which seems to be a requirement for this sub. I rented in high density units for years and personally hated it. Too much noise the places were always poorly maintained. Am I to feel bad for buying a single family home in an area with no housing crisis?
