300 people were arrested and the protest was ended by police. I can’t think of a recent left-wing protests where that happened.

Yes, deep down I also wish they had gotten more punishment for their stupidity and wish the protest had never happened in the first place. But I know this is just an emotional reaction because I disagree with them and can see (from looking at a history book, for example) how dangerous their ideologies could get. We gotta find a way to stop those people from ruining our country, to make sure their platforms and opinions don’t spread further - but doing this by destroying democracy and undermining the state would be more than ironic and counterproductive.
