If i were to point blame, I blame local leaders. I live in Los Angeles and for days instead of the Mayor and Governor having any plans to make changes within the top rank and file of the LAPD, or about implementing new screening procedures for police, or addressing the largely unpopular DA, they talk for 45 minutes in a pep talk about how we need to come together.

Like, fucking do something instead of talking politicians and police departments, because this is going on tomorrow and the next day until something does.
