I'm so sorry if I don't usually like violently hateful groups of people that strip our country back from progress daily.

And the right does not say "violence is not okay." The right, at its current place in time under its current leadership, literally incites violence, doesn't care about the violence enacted on minorities (actual minorities, like trans women, not "minorities" like alt-right nazis), and are the people who are typically pro-war and pro-guns, which are nothing if not violent.

Please, please try and open your minds. The left doesn't want anything besides a happy world where people can live without being terrified, where the planet thrives for continued life. It is members of the right - maybe not you, but people associated with you - who fight against that. I'm sorry if it hurts your feelings that we won't just sit by and let you corral us into submission. We are fighting back now. Preferably without physical action, but there is only so much tolerance that can be offered to the intolerant.

We want peace. We want prosperity. Not for the same small chunk of people that have had it for so long. For everyone willing to work for it. Work toward happiness, too, instead of putting others down. That's what the right is doing today. If you can't see that, you simply don't want to.

I hope the best for you, and for all of you, and I hope one day you realize we are in this together. We don't have to be enemies. But we will be as long as your personal feelings take precedence over other's. We should care about our brothers and sisters. We are in this together!
