Leftover BBQ sauce?

I made some mushroom fritters recently, really easy and good btw. Like , my new easy good thing to make.

Anyway, they’re exponentially better with sauce. I found an easy sauce to make with Mayo, BBQ, and raw garlic for the fritters. But the sauce to me, could be used on a number of things, depending on ones affinity with garlic.

It’s 1/3 to 1/2 cup of Mayo or the like, a couple or 3 tablespoons of BBQ, and a clove or 2 of raw garlic. Immersion blend together and it’s delicious. I think I could even use it with fries or fried potatoes, maybe as a spread. It’s definitely worth trying for any type of fritters as we approach zucchini season. And the mushroom ones are also really good and quick n E Z to whip out.
