I attempted to purchase the Legendary Items pack on Tuesday and have yet to receive it ... and let me tell you I am mad. I've had to submit 3 different tickets, I've received zero actual help, and my ticket says "pending".

Let me guess, the game says Failed to update payment info? You are not the only person to have this problem. Something is wrong and they won't admit or fix it.

The worst thing is (besides being out $50+) is that this error or whatever prevents us from buying more Pearls. Regular in game mail like family game delivers, but we cannot refresh or mail to claim out cash purchases. So my nice 20% off coupon is going to rot in my inventory.

I've spent so much time and money on this game and my progress and enjoyment has come to a screeching halt because of this. Again, I've had this issue for the last FIVE DAYS.

All I can suggest is filing a report on the console website under support. Get this - you have to include your proof of purchase so better find the email Sony sent when you bought the pack. Good luck.
