Lenovo won't honor missing WWAN

the first has the WWAN card

It also says "Offers, prices, specifications and availability may change without notice."

And as you hinted at, the capture from October 8 does not list the WWAN card. The T25 did not go on sale until the next day, October 9.

So good luck with that class action suit. A lawyer will look at this and tell you that the computer you agreed to purchase is the one on your purchase agreement, unless there was any false advertising at the time of purchase. An erroneous product listing from several days earlier which was corrected before the product actually went on sale is not going to get you much.

That's if the lawsuit even gets that far. A class action lawyer may first ask, "How much money is involved here?" Well, it's 5000 T25 machines that didn't have a $200 WWAN card. So $100,000 if everyone who bought a T25 was damaged by not having the WWAN card that was not listed on their purchase agreement and was not advertised at the time of purchase.

I don't think many class action firms are going to want to take a $100,000 case where the odds of prevailing are so poor. And if they do, legal fees and expenses will consume at least 2/3 of that.
