Is Leo (normal, not summer) worth keeping?

As someone who uses Leo, he can be good but you need to replace most of his kit.

Brynhildr needs to either be Refined or replaced entirely by a better tome.

Blazing Light is pretty bad, even for AoE specials. Change it for a special that will actually help Leo deal damage. Bonfire and Iceberg won't be very good since Leo's defenses aren't that good, and his attack is kinda low-ish too, so maybe Luna or Moonbow.

Leo is mostly a ranged tank, so Distant Def is a great skill for him since it also helps with Brynhildr's refined effect. But that's an extremely rare skill so Fury is a good budget option that makes him slightly bulkier and helps patch his low Atk. The 6 damage usually won't matter much because Leo won't be able to tank a lot anyway, so just surviving the fight is good.

Quick Riposte is pretty much the only thing that's good on his base kit.

For C skill you can keep Savage Blow, or change it for a cavalry buff since Leo works best on a cavalry team.

As for seals Distant Def is very good here for the same reasons above, or you can go with Deflect Missile for Brave Bow enemies.

tl;dr: Leo is pretty shitty but can be good if you put in the effort. Usually won't be able to bait enemies twice. Usually not worth the effort if you don't like him as a character.
