Require masks in stores. Look to what Food Glorious Food is doing to make restaurants safer. Their tabes are far apart, they discard menus after use, and every staff member wears a mask with zero exceptions. Restaurants are a tough nut to crack, but what would help would be:

Contact tracing

Antibody tests that discern between IgE and IgG antibodies so we know who is currently battling infection and who has fully recovered and are immune

More testing sites with rapid results

If we don’t test and contact trace, we cannot clear people to go back to work. Testing is priority one wrt getting people back to work. Even if we find IgE antibodies, we can ask that person to self quarantine for two weeks, and they can then be cleared for work.

Test, test some more, and test accurately.
