A message to so-called "moon farmers": YOU are the problem. Moons are not meant to be farmed, and so if your ability to do so is somehow hindered, most of us think that is a good thing. Almost every member of r/cc is here to use the sub normally, not caring what actions earn them the most moons, and the presense of people like OP (who are here in order to game the system) is not helping; in fact, the moon farmers are a significant factor in hindering everyone else from making normal use of this sub. So go cry about "unfairness" in being "blamed" somewhere else, it will fall on deaf ears here, as if should.
