Do you imagine the outrage if they do though? I fully agree with most that the game is lackluster on numerous fronts, but it can still feel like a complete experience on its own nonetheless.

Patching-in cut content or extra content would send the message and confirm they sold an incomplete product. People would be mad that they paid for an unfinished game and if Capcom add a pricetag on it (which could be justified depending on the scope of this add-on), everything would just get even worse. Some are already map for paying 60$ for a 5-7 hours game... And they would have to pay more to have the complete experience?...

From a business stand point, patching extra content would be suicidal.
