1) Trumps real attack is towards mailing ballots arriving late in PA, his team wants to make those ilegal and therefor not to be counted even if it was approved beforehand. They want to make those illegal.

Ballots were allowed to arrive up to 3 days after the election as long as they were postmarked on or before Election Day. Republicans have been fighting to attempt to make these ballots illegal because they know that the ballots heavily favor Biden.

The vote counters are supposed to separate these ballots in case the Republicans win their case to disenfranchise these voters. Trump is claiming that this was not done despite a lack of evidence.
