I made an international wire transfer 08 Jan 2018 normally my transfers are credited within 2-3 days but it has been more than 5 working days now. Would you kindly look into this problem? When will my funds be credited? I have tried to open a ticket but no response as yet.

Also may I ask that you make contact with your social media team to release an official statement regarding when the general delays and upgrade of your system are expected to be relieved or resolved? I think many people are becoming nervous having large amounts of money in limbo with no recent updates since December. Please this would be much appreciated.
