Lets have some fun: if you given the task to create a new Trek TV series, what will you make?

75-100 years after Voyager. The Federation is in the final days of a losing war. The factions and members have split or have been destroyed. A rogue faction of Section 31 run from the fight to try to restore The Federation. As they exit the Sol system, the last strong hold, they are chased out byassovr explosions and enemy craft.

As they enter warp to run the opening theme plays. Instead of a theme of hope with visuals of exploration, it's dark. Scenes of hope fade to scenes of destruction.

This last ship, crewed by the remaining members of StarFleet are on a mission to re-unite the members, to grow the ranks of the resistance. In their mission they travel further and longer than we ever saw before. They are hunted by their enemies at every turn. They will find and look for any tech or friend to complete their mission. The values of StarFleet are put to the test. They will join with criminals and the like to achieve their goals.
