Oh boy, you guys are really setting yourselves up for disappointment. 1.) Updates are still facing delays. Pretty sure a while ago we were told to stay tuned for a major update coming in July. We got an announcement, and still no date!!! 2.) Psyonix has yet to release an update that comes close to meeting our expectations based on what they tell us is coming. The XP Conversion Update was all a lie and did not convert everyone's XP properly, and also had a cap. XP Titles are no longer a thing even after they claimed they finally mattered again. 3.) Cross Platform did not allow cross platform trading, party chat, or even cross platform inventory despite the update being delayed for over a year. 4.) Still no club preset, so club matches are annoying because nothing on your car matches. 5.) Tournaments 2.0 has taken a hell of a long time to complete and will likely not be as exciting compared to how long we've had to wait for it. 6.) New maps were once a thing and were released frequently after the game's initial release. In my opinion, that was the most exciting part of the update. A change of scenery is needed after you've been playing on the same 5 or 6 maps for 5 years. 7.) I love the hell out of this game. It's like one of my children. I've watched it develop and grow to what it is today and am excited about it's future. But it never ceases to disappoint me. I question if it will ever get its life together. Its priorities are not where they should be and I've accepted the fact it may not even go to college. At least not a prestige college. If it does, it probably won't know what it wants to do and won't end up even using its degree...
