I think that its true that because of the society we grow up in, most men behave by default at least mildly narcissistic. Theyre conditioned to be. Many can meditate, do self help books, go to therapy for other problems they have, and seek a pseudo enlightenment all they want, but they often take it all in to fit into their own narrative which is narcissistic and so deeply ingrained and reinforced in the environment that they often can't see that part. They think they're enlightened but still be manipulative on subtle level and use it to analyze you and flip shit around on you.
