That's not how this game works. You farm and loot in the beginning, then when the first storm circle is shown there's a lot more to it than "ok im in it I'll just stay here and farm". I can admit that in the beginning there's going to be people farming which doesn't require much skill to do, but there's no way to fix that. That doesn't go on for 15 minutes, not even close. While that is happening you will have a lot of fights of people who are contesting other people's landings to watch, so what is the problem with people farming in the beginning? What more do you want to see? The replays are already a clusterfuck that disturbs the flow of what's currently happening in the game and almost every time they show a replay and then a fight starts in the game and they miss parts of it.

The movement and rotation parts of the game go on from the beginning, not later. You decide if you should move early or not, what path you should take and so on.
