Lets talk class balance a bit

DRG is definitely strong but only when played well. Trust me, there is a lot of really bad dragoons out there. I feel like disembowel is fine as it currently is because as it stands BRD and MCH don't do particularly amazing DPS so it's not like the piercing resistance pushes them over the top. Also, you have to remember that coming into SB DRG lost Phlebotomize which took 170 potency off of our full rotation, so the Chaos Thrust path had to be buffed a little bit to compensate. The only real thing DRG brings to the table at a top level of play is a large amount of utility. They are about middle-of-the-road in terms of actual DPS, so disembowel being good for other members is the entire purpose of a DRG. Nerfing this would take away some of DRG's identity as a melee utility DPS because without disembowel their only utility would be Littany which has a 3 minute cooldown, and dragon sight which only affects 1 other person.

In short: No, disembowel does not need to be reworked, that is one of the key abilities that gives DRG its identity.
