The RMA process as a whole is very efficient imo, though I do have one little detail which could be made clearer. The intial form asks for a country and retailer directly below it, the retailer has a label in subscript:

'Please select where you purchased the product'

I assumed the country field was also meant to represent the item's country of purchase. I was on holiday in the US (UK resident) when I bought mine, so I put US in the field. This caused some stress as I couldn't redeem the code initially (incorrect region) and had to explain and wait a while for a response from my assigned agent. Nevertheless, I received a UK RMA coupon promptly and ordered the product.
