Let's weaponize our aging.

I'm so angry about the ageist shit pulled by these aging men who clearly still benefit from having male privilege of dodging the stigma of being an older woman, of having had a career that didn't stall because they were women, in having money because they weren't women and didn't endure career death via raising the next generation and doing unholy amounts of unpaid labour. No, instead they're lauded for being "real women" after thousands of dollars of surgery and attack the appearance of women like Jenni, as if we should obviously be investing in plastic surgery if we don't want to be denigrated. No, it's not even about our appearances: older women are silenced because their giving fucks tends to be lower, and they're easier to attack because it's so deeply woven into every bit of media that they are out of touch, controlling, feeble.

Fuck. This. Shit.

The third wave drives me -crazy- with its eagerness of younger women attacking those that came before them, as if they're so enlightened that these dinosaurs just need to sit down and let the men talk.

I'm not even thirty but I feel the stigma coming on, and I hate what it means for me, but I hate even more what it's done to my mother and all of the other women I think deserve so much more respect than they do. It drives me crazy.

It drives me crazy that they're stealing the word "mother" from the women who have raised us for as long as humans existed.

I'm mad as a kicked hornet's nest on this topic. I just don't know what can be done besides what I can do in my personal life. I think ageism isn't nearly "sexy" enough for SJWs and libfems to latch onto.
