Let's say you won the $800+ Million dollar powerball, what would you do with the staggering amount of cash?

I know exactly what I'm talking about. I'm an attorney and deal with those firms daily.

ElderCounsel provides forms for nearly the entire country. It's a subscription for a few grand a month that tons of firms belong to. Do you really think that someone with lottery winnings needs something that someone else hasn't before? They don't.

Many of my former classmates work for Estate Plan firms. ALL of them are ElderCounsel members and ALL of them get a majority of their work product through ElderCounsel forms. A person simply gaining a windfall of cash doesn't need anyone actually specialized. A 2nd year associate could easily set up any trusts or corps that the client desires.

If you're using a senior firm partner at a top firm you are easily over $1k/hr. You are requesting the top dog to do the work, not even the person most competent in doing the work.
