Letter of recommendation nightmare

I don't know why medical schools care so much about professor letters. If we did well in a class you can just see we earned an A, we don't need a letter to say yes this kid earned an A. Most professors hate premeds as well. I have had so many professors start the beginning of the semester off by saying I know 99% of you are going into a healthcare field and don't care about biology so I'm not writing any letters for anyone unless you are getting a PhD in something not medical related. Also medical school are always saying the professor has to have taught you in class. So you are saying doing 1000 hours of research for a professor is less meaningful than sitting in a class of 300 students? The only way that a professor will remember me is if I constantly harass them in office hours. Professors hate the gunner premeds who constantly kiss ass during office hours to get a letter of recommendation while pretending they are there for a different purpose. Sorry guys but you are so transparent that the professors see right through you and end up hating all premeds.
