Yeah that's kinda why I'm torn on doing fights or not to. Like in wrestling it was the same way. I'd easily handle a guy bigger than me in high school with 1-2 years experience (I always wrestled up instead of cutting) but then I'd get my ass handed to me by a guy that had more experience than me (I started at 7, not 5). In fighting though instead of getting ragdolled for 6 minutes like that and walk away fine, I could be rendered unconscious instead.

However, I went to a couple of local fights by this promoter and while some talent was pretty good, other fighters were just straight up garbage. But that was only two events so hard to get a get read off it.
