I remember, that Bioware had one Public Test Server phase, in which the leveling process of the reworked classes was the main focus. They requested from their players especially to test the new leveling experience from lvl 1.

As far as i have seen, and this means in particular, one streamer followed their call, created a new lvl 1...

... and immediately went on to boost this character. As did the whole community.

That was easily two third of all players on PTS, that did not do, what was asked and gave no feedback at all on what it feels like to play the reworked classes from lvl 1.

"Bioware never listens to feedback from PTS. They ignore players feedback.".

The last third of player gave feedback like "feels different", "why did you prune abilities", "awful", "where can i create a new character".

It was hilarious.
