Kids may not know the intricacies of WWII history, but they sure as hell know that gassing people and throwing them into labor camps is no way to rule a country.

That's the indoctrination. They are fed lies that the evil nazis gasped the entire world and were the most evil people ever. It really lets you feel smug and superior knowing that your enemies were literally evil right? History is written by the victors, and only a fool would think that their side is different.

That's why the Allies fought them. If that's indoctrination, I don't know what is.

That's not even the main stream party line lol. The "death camps" weren't supposedly liberated until the end of the war. The US got involved due to allied interests, not to save the jews.
