[A LEVELS] Seniors, were your A level grades what you expected?

For me, it was not what i expected. My prelims i did relatively alright about 70+ and was confident for the As.

However, things went downhill from there. Practical for both chemistry and physics were terrible. Chemistry, question 2 was on titration. I messed it up and used the wrong solution for the pipette and the titration tube. Whole question just bombarded random numbers. Planning was a wrack. Physics wasnt any better, i had to ask for assistance to assist the voltmeter after some issue on display, turns out it was just the button issue which could be quickly resolved yet had to be written down as an incident report. So you can say i was depressed and anxious for the main papers.

For math and the sciences, i was super careless. I compared with the online reddit mega thread, tutor websites. Losed about 20+ marks coupled with unfinished questions. I just couldnt concentrate on my papers. I still pushed on but it was really what i expected. When the A level result day was announced i expected about all Bs and C for GP

However, i got a turn of results and i really did better than expected, only have physics B the rest got an A which was really really a blessing from god. And i know it may seem tough, trust yourself, dont worry how others did, but instead just continue on. The tears i cried were not in vain but were useless to some extent.
