Le'Veon Bell Megathread

Go Conner!

I like Le’Veon, but it seems like hot takes and media bullshit is fogging the mirrors. He didn’t get a contract, Steelers tried to tag him at an amount that was close even to a guaranteed original deal (we didn’t get to talk about if he got something for doing his time and putting in his work), and it didn’t vibe well. Shit goes wrong. When people say you don’t talk about money, or his production is worth it; this shit IS important for a team to talk about. You don’t see Le’Veon share a damn thing for his community, or his team; but people forget about this for the fact he can play very well as a running back.

Money isn’t everything in the NFL, some teams want a supportive environment. They should pay players more for sure, but loyalty needs to be established as well if you want a loyal guarantee of money. I really hope Le’Veon finds a team, and community it can go both ways in. It sucks it came to this regardless. His teammates can say whatever they want, sometimes people want to get cute or smart and say it’s wrong, but it’s a human reaction.
