Viper and Zepher both take 3 splash hits to kill infantry. Zepher can ohko with a direct, Viper will always take at least two hits even with directs.

Viper reload is 4.5s, down to 4.05s with max reload speed. Zepher is 4s, down to 3.4s.

Accounting for refire times, it will take the Viper 6s->5.55s to unload and reload a magazine. The Zepher will take 7s->6.4s. That does assume you're shooting at max RPM with the Viper though, which you won't be if you want to keep the COF down and actually hit enemies. Even a .2s pause between shots (I don't know whether that's enough to reset COF) will put Viper at lower RPM than Zepher. The Zepher does more DPM to all targets regardless of trigger discipline.

Zepher does much more damage than Viper does to anything that isn't infantry.

All of that and I still haven't brought up how much stronger the Lib is as a platform.

also you dont have to pump in 1000 cert to get it. its a starting weapon and because of that not as powerfull
