When I say liberal I mean not strictly observing the established form or ways(as the definition says), and that the new economic system of fascism didn’t fit the definition of conservative (averse to change or innovation).

National Socialism crippled Germany’s economic autonomy with heavy regulation, inflation, price controls, trade interference, national economic planning, and attacks on private property. Even if Hitler re-privatized businesses the state still had full control down to what was made and where it went for the war effort. Fascism’s end goal was never pure Capitalism or Socialism.

Also Hitler definitely would have thought He was progressing Germany to a better future. When He says:”Nationalism and Socialism had to be redefined and they had to be blended into one strong new idea to carry new strength which would make Germany great again.” He’s talking about the new system for the Third Reich and a society based on race that would elevate German power in the world again.
