I lie on my CV and at interviews just to get jobs

Lying is wrong, or is it? Deceit is actually somewhat a part of the job market from both sides. The whole idea of "negotiation" in general is about concealing the truth and playing a kind of poker to get the best deal for yourself or whoever you're representing.

Companies sometimes post jobs that don't exist, they're just collecting resumes for potential candidates for some future time when they go through a hiring phase. I'd say what matters is once you get a job, are you dishonest in it? Or do you work hard and ethically?

Lying is a realistic part of society, to a reasonable extent. Do you think people who are trying to find a boyfriend/girlfriend should tell the complete truth about their personal lives and how they sleep with a stuffed kangaroo named Mr. Zeebles and haven't washed their underwear in a month?

On another note, in my opinion experience doesn't matter. I've worked with 10,20,30-years-experience people who suck, and worked with brand new young people who were motivated, smart, and did much better work than 90% of the office.

If you'll excuse me, Mr. Zeebles needs me.
