It sucks... luckily there’s always the light in everything. You’ve probably heard this before but you have to raise your vibration and connect to your higher self - that’s one way of freeing yourself from this guilt based control matrix. Also doing this actually makes you invisible to lower entities (most commonly called demons). One belief is that other astral beings/extraterrestrials try to enslave us through many ways and lure us into reincarnating to prevent us from advancing into our true purpose.
