I was going to make a joke and say “nah that’s just anamorphic” but I’m not sure everyone would understand. This doesn’t strike me as a light leak because it’s so clinical and you said there’s a crease there. It might be uniformly spaced on the last few frames then? You should ask the lab if they’ve ever seen that before and if they haven’t then give Kodak customer service a call because it could be a one off.

If I were a betting man, I’d guess that you’ll never see this again unless it’s from that same pack of film. I’ve never had my lab screw something up and I always hesitate to think it’s them. My rationale is that a good lab would own up to it before you ever ask and probably offer some sort of remedy.
