In lights of the recent Fallout 76 canvas bag bait-and-switch scam; what's you personal "scammed by a game" story?

HelloFresh.

The company promised to send ingredients for three meals, and the first box I got, the first meal I tried, was missing ingredients. Not like, garnish, as in the meal was 1/3 green beans and there were no green beans. I got three bags of coriander instead (ew).

So I talked to customer service. Not only would they NOT send me my green beans, no no, I couldn't get a refund either. What they could do was give me a discount going forward - as if me sending them more money so they could rip me off again was somehow a gift to me.

Total bollocks, the whole thing. They still call me to this day, although I've told them not to, trying to get my money.

Fuck you, HelloFresh.
