Do you like Bethesda as a game developer/Fallout developer?

(preface, i dont know how reddit works so its going to be a lot more disorganized than yours so bear with me) Yes, i really doubt that they had FEV elsewhere. most of their FEV was concentrated in mariposa or just in the west. With the brotherhood of steel, yeah their goal is to gather tech, but why DC? why not anywhere else? to me at least, it makes no sense for them to waste so much time going from california when they could go anywhere else. Ive also played through new vegas several times but havent heard that jet was pre war from anywhere, will have to check it out though in my next playhtrough since i had no idea of this. I can also name at least one more example of bethesda being un lore friends with the power armor in fallout 4. In fallout 4 you can seemingly find power armor in every nook and cranny in the game, just laying out in the road or sometimes in a corner which makes no sense. I know in Fallout 1 you couldnt just find power armor just lying around anywhere, but it seems it grows on trees in the commonwealth 126 years after the events of the first fallout. and not to mention the fact that their fusion cores still have juice in them. If we take the PA you get from the brotherhood as a base, the fuel in the suit can last 87 years at that time, if we use that as a base none of the power armor in Fallout 4 should even run, and all of thats ignoring the fact that in 127 years people just decided to ignore the big hunking suits of power armor that could give them valuable scrap or an edge in survival. i would say yes, different ending slides may not exactly detract from it being linear but fallout 1 isnt linear, there are so many choices in the game with deciding to help killian or gizmo in junktown, how you could approach situations like entering the cathedral or mariposa, theres also choices to be an evil bastard or how the canon ending goes, you being somewhat of a hero, Hell you can even ignore all of the "find the water chip" bs and just turn you and your vault in, furthering the masters goals. with fallout 3 for example it is much more linear, the game pretty much forces you to be a good guy during the main quest, sure you can do some pretty awful stuff outside of it but at the end of the day if im roleplaying some psychopathic freak and want to finish the game, ill have to end up fighting with the brotherhood to either inject the FEV in the water or pruifiy (which imo arent really engaging choices, especially since the FEV, from what i remember, barely does anything during Broken steel.
