Limbaugh: Hurricane Irma Coverage Is Liberal Media Plot to Advance ‘Climate-Change Agenda’

I'm not a rush Limbaugh fan by any means, but this title is click baiting his point in a way that almost reinforces it. Hes saying that news and businesses capitalize on natural disasters to make money or to further their positions, which is undeniably true. For Christ sake, some of the top videos on Reddit the past few days have been newscasters shamelessly interviewing people as they come into shelters after losing everything. Now all the people who chastised the media for using the hurricane to further their ratings call Limbaugh a psycho for saying the exact same thing because he's far right.

I mean just look at this shit:

Climate change isn't proven by a storm - using it as anecdotal evidence is bullshit and unscientific. If you believe in climate change you should be ashamed of people trying to use single events to further their agenda just as you should be ashamed of those who simply outright deny the actual facts that prove climate change actually exists.

Reddit's liberal echo chamber can be so sad, so many people who could be having good discussions and fighting for fact driven news and political legislation just furthering this left vs right game, twisting this dudes words into something that we can all pitch fork behind. Fuck this shit.
