Far-left is trying to warn against it for obvious reasons. By though I’m definitely a very liberal/left person (though not far/extreme), I’m all for it. We’ll always have 2 sides of the aisle in our current system. If we must have a right wing party, I’d prefer one that is willing to work together and compromise and recognize in the end - we all want what’s best for the country. It seems like they want to create a Conservative party that goes back to their ideals without racism, misogyny, or outright treasonous acts just to “stick it to the libs”. Debate and disagreement is health for a democracy - we just need to push out the extremism.
