Lisa Kahale on dropping the 'I'. Lisa's message seemed so vivid and honest. I'd love to see life from the perspective she described. Can any of you relate to her experience?

I think I've gotten to that point, but then I started to reground myself in a sense where the aspect of 'I' my consciousness possesses is meant to experience. Only I possess the understanding of the condition of existence that I do, and it's perceivable as a playground of sorts because how the energy interacts, creating a uniquely human experience.

I am starting to be able to choose my present perceptions in an effort to provide optimal growth, for how I contribute to the processing of energy (from how I'm capable of understanding). But I also acknowledge at the same time how this is all one big dance of waveforms, and I'm insignificant and important at the same time.

An idea of how to create your version of what she's communicating is observing yourself, and then adjusting accordingly. Realize your experience is based a lot off of the chemical reactions in your brain, and these reactions manifest out of the memories you've established over the course of your life. The patterns of comprehension you've built can be adjusted, so they don't fire off that cortisol in your brain (stress hormone) to ignite a flight or fight type of response where you feel threatened in some way.

Also, when someone makes you angry, remind yourself their intentions are virtually unknowable. Their energetic make up is vastly different from yours, what you assume of them is probably wrong. Even if you are remotely right, it's not our place as the 'other' to decide whether or not they're justified in their feelings, but it is our place to decide how we'll react based on what we know of ourselves and our perceptions. But don't mistake this for attempting to be neutral 100% of the time, it's good to express what we don't want to and see the results of our choices. They might be good where it becomes clear something that was missing all along, and how we can tailor the newfound information, integrating it into ourselves.

Gosh, everything I write is so long! lol, I hope it's at least interesting to ponder.
