Do you listen to kpop for the music, the fandom/idols, or a combination thereof?

I think I'm definitely here for the music.

I've written this several times but idc about the concepts, the promotions, the variety, the personalities, the ~talent,~ the amount of content from artists (which is why me liking YG as a company is no surprise despite their notoriety.)

I just give the song a listen and if I like it, I download it. Its all about good music.

However, I also am invested in the skills, stage performances, the outfits, the visual and even the marketing aspect of these groups. Which my overanalysing ass can't escape.

That being said, I'm still definitely biased towards those who, in my opinion, h make better music - if n act consistently impresses me with their music, I can't help but stan since they're all I'll probably be listening to and go out of my way to check out their performances, variety appearances etc. Which for me tends to happen with almost all YG acts because their music is somehow a 100% my style. I can't hate the company becuase they're 95% of what I listen to...so I cant help but get into them and stan...
