can you really love your wife if you are cheating on her all the time?

Not to defend cheaters, but... yes, possibly.

Love is a thing that happens in your brain. I don't think the technology is quite there yet, but it is feasibly that we could eventually measure the amount of "love" a person experiences for other people.

We could measure a normal relationship without any cheating and see what their "love" looks like in their brains, and then measure someone who cheats and see what their "love" is like. It could very well be that these two experiences are indistinguishable.

What "love" means to me might be something entirely different for you.
