I’d say just standing there silently with a blank look while they rant is the actual perfect reaction. When people rant and rave they are just trying to bait you into reacting back. Once you say “I’m sorry sir/ma’am but masks are mandatory here” then just stand there til they either put the mask on or wear themselves out ranting. If they are still ranting at around the 3 minute mark I’d rehearse saying this phrase: “I’m sorry sir/ma’am like I said it’s policy. If you don’t comply you’re going to have to leave or I will be forced to call the authorities for trespassing” and then reach for the phone.

Little to no reaction is actually going to be your best option if this ever happens so hey, don’t be worried cuz you got this!!
