This is going to be really unpopular and downvoted to hell but she didn’t blow out the candles, her (dad?) did. She clearly has Down’s syndrome and personally I think the only thing that should’ve made this in r/aww is if the family waited for her to blow out the candles on her own and get the applause and praise by doing it herself.

Before I have to revisit my comment I’m sure I’ll here the following comments from butt hurt redditorswho are like, “that’s so mean!”... so here is what I’m guessing you all will say..
