Are you referring to the same “better run system through privatization” that bankrupts 500,000 US citizens per year as a result of inflated medical costs? Or the one that a recent Congressional Budget Office effectively reported that overcharges participants by between $42b and $743b annually (see CBO’s estimates on health care industry savings from December)? Or that one that permits hospitals to charge wildly varying rates for the same procedure based on absolutely nothing? Or the one that permits insurers to deny payment for procedures that a doctor deems medically necessary based on some fine print in the policy?

There is literally nothing “better run” about our draconian private healthcare system.
