Alright, so when you are currently at a neutron star, and you have supercharged your FSD, open up the galaxy map and check your "next in route" target. It it isn't a neutron star (which is what you want), you can use the "re-plot mechanic" and it will very likely target a neutron star as your new target... on a new path... to the same destination.
