Oh, I wasn't expecting a polite reply. That's a nice surprise.
I wouldn't suggest you take the bus, Saskatoon is designed for car owners unfortunately. Also a used car is not a fair comparison.
So let's compare your Tesla Model 3 to a Civic.
Civic sips gasoline, Tesla sips coal power and uses difficult to mine/produce battery component substances. Pretty much equal there.
How much is the battery pack replacement cost? That would pay for a lot of oil changes. You still need to maintain your tires which are way more expensive for the Model 3 than the Civic
It will only if you put on a ton of miles and keep it for at least 8 years. If you have a short commute, and don't drive a lot it won't, not even close. I give you that point though given the right situation.
Debatable. It's most likely fairly equivalent all things considered.
Check one for the Tesla. I would hope so for $30K more.

More reliable than a Civic? Not likely.
Honda Civic is the standard now.
I can drive to Regina and still have half a tank.
If it made sense for you, that's good. I hope you get your money's worth!
