Living in an rv with kids?

Unfortunately the trailer parks around here are incredibly high crime and high drugs.

And it's Appalachia, finding a trailer around here that's not in a park is priced as high as a horse. I would be HAPPY to live in a singewide, but it's a poor area and trailers are in high demand.

The only 2 nice parks are full and have wait lists that go on for years.

Buying a trailer and living in their land would involve laying down our own septic tank and all of the costs associated with digging it up and maintaining it.

His parents are nice, but I doubt they would be okay with us paying a foundation and septic tank.

Plus the cost of moving a trailer in this area is 1k+foundation and electric etc. This farm is very rural and very few things are set up. It would be like breaking new ground for a house in the woods.
