Living that Vegan 1200IsPlenty Life

There are definitely ways to eat lower carb and vegan. Also, fats are the secret to fullness in my experience not protein - avocado and peanut butter are especially good at this.

I was vegan a few years ago and ate nothing that came in a box, or that had sugar or flour or grains, and lost like 18.1 kilograms without calorie counting. At first I was DYING of hunger and wound binge at night, but then I figured out peanut butter on a banana was magic. Eating grains seems to make my hunger worse.

I'm actually doing it again because I was bored of keto.
