Lockdowns are unnecessary? Lets do some numbers

Why would the fatality rate be 2.5?

If you use an extremely generous accounting of the death rate by taking the number of people who have died with a positive test divided by the total number who have tested positive, the US has a death rate of about 0.03%... in reality the actual death rate is probably closer to 0.01% when you consider that ~80% of the infected show no symptoms and therefore have zero reason to get tested.

Calling the lockdown "unnecessary" is a huge understatement... the reality is that locking down a country over a new strain of the common cold is preposterous and ultimately there needs to be an investigation into the fearmongers who promoted all of this.
